This privacy policy describes how the Femme Period Calendar mobile application ("Femme Period Calendar", "the app", "we") handles information when you use it. Femme Period Calendar is published by Demiteks EOOD, registered in Bulgaria.
1. What data we collect
On your device only: Femme Period Calendar stores your name, birth year, cycle data (period start dates, cycle length, period length), and any logs you create. This data lives only on your phone and is never sent to us or any third party.
Sent for AI features: When you chat with Femme, the AI assistant inside the app, the messages you send are transmitted through a secure server we operate to Anthropic, the company that powers the AI responses. Your name and current cycle phase may be included as context to give you better answers. We do not store or log these conversations.
2. What we do NOT collect
- We do not collect personal identifiers (no email, phone number, or account).
- We do not track your location.
- We do not use advertising trackers.
- We do not sell or share data with advertisers.
- We do not have access to your tracked cycle data.
3. Third parties
Anthropic: AI chat messages are processed by Anthropic's Claude API to generate responses. Anthropic's privacy policy is available at anthropic.com/legal/privacy.
Cloudflare: We route AI requests through Cloudflare's infrastructure for security. Cloudflare may log connection metadata (IP address, timestamps) per their standard practices.
4. Your rights
You can delete all your data at any time from the app's Settings → Reset all data. This is irreversible and removes everything from your device.
5. Children
Femme Period Calendar is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.
6. Subscriptions
Premium subscriptions are processed through Google Play. We do not store your payment information. Refer to Google Play's policies for billing-related questions.
7. Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
